Jonathan Barone has been a professional chef for over 15 years, with a passion for fresh, from-scratch cooking that began in childhood. He developed his love for the kitchen while learning to cook alongside his grandmother, a Sicilian immigrant who instilled in him the importance of simple, high-quality ingredients and traditional homemade food.
After many years working in restaurant kitchens, Jonathan discovered that his true passion was catering. He enjoys the personal connection it allows him to build with clients and the opportunity to create memorable dining experiences tailored specifically to each event. Free from the limitations of a fixed restaurant menu, Jonathan brings creativity and imagination to every meal he prepares.
